Not that anyone asked; but if you were wondering what happens when you play "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love" through a speaker that is rated at 100w using an amp that can exceed that.  To their credit, PSB replaced a $70 titanium domed tweeter on warranty, even though I explicitly told them what I'd done. |

The company I work for hasn't given raises in 15 years. Not even cost of living increases. Yet, I managed to get a raise today! It's not much, but, it is better than a kick in the balls.

I had a great day on the course today! Shot an 89 and made 2 birdies! First one was on a bit of a nemesis hole for me too. Last one was on 18 where I've blown a lot of good scores so I was pretty happy with my day.

It's been a little more than 7 years. My mother's estate is finally closed and I'm released from fiduciary responsibility. It's a bit of a relief.

Mom's house saga is almost over - I still have to give the storage place her credit card number. They haven't returned my two phone calls, so I guess they aren't in a hurry to get paid.
I owe lots of gratitude for everyone's support, but especially Char and Judy who talked me off the ledge more than once. Thank you, ladies. You may never know how much it meant to me hearing that I could handle it when I just wanted to cry.
My brother finally called me back from Mexico. He's coming home to dysfunctional but orderly chaos. I'm more than happy to toss this mess back in his court. HE will have her spare set of keys and take the panicked calls when she loses hers. HAHAHAHA!
Family reunions may never be the same. Find out who your friends are, indeed.

Thank you everyone. The initial shock has not set in yet. But I must say I was just so overwhelmed, Dan is the best thing in my life , I just wish I could have been wearing something a little bit more convenient. Other than that. He knew he had me from the start.

Great news , we set a date May 21 2017... I so excited I have even picked my bridesmaids my wedding planners my wedding helpers. I must say my daughter to be has already started setting up a app for me to use. I think between her and me I am sure it will be a big success. I am so happy
