Here's a clickeyThis is a practice test paper for the UK driving test. I got 100%, but I was a little surprised. I thought one or two questions had more than one answer. (When treating a burn, how long should you cool it for? Depends on whether you are using dry ice or a fan, in my opinion). It says you have an hour to complete it. I had it done in 15 minutes - and I was interrupted twice. Don't forget to swap left and right, you left ponders. Let us know how you got on.

90% Two answers I gave the motorcycle answer, one was specific to UK motorways of which I have little experience, First aid (d'oh!) and the ABS one which I read wrong. BNot bad for 10 minutes and one big glass of port.

40/50, fail. I had the right answer on the burn, and rethought wrong. I have no clue what a puffin crossing is. I forgot what both red and yellow lights means, after I saw the answer, I remembered actually commenting on it during my trip there. Couple of things I was overly cautious, I guess. I didn't know about the reflectors in the road. I'm amazed that I remembered the signs and lane markings.

Some weird old poem I remember my sister telling.

This is a Puffin crossing.I had never heard the term, so this is one I guessed too. As far as I am aware, I have never come across one of these in my life.

Fail - 40 out of 50. I've never driven over there.

'Round these here parts a 'burn' is the distance you can leave rubber on the road from a dead stop. I never knew they needed to be treated with anything - they'll fade after time all by themselves... Most of them are caused by beer.

Also 40/50 for me. Most of the incorrect answers were stuff I would know if I lived there and/or did some study first. I think one or 2 I misinterpreted the question in haste.

40/50 for me too. I think you drive on the left side of the road and that made me miss some of those questions on passing and what should be in the far right lane. It is opposite of the driving rules here. The sheep in the road cracked me up. Run those bastards down!

It is opposite of the driving rules here. The sheep in the road cracked me up. Run those bastards down! In this area, it's cows, so I was pretty sure I knew how to handle sheep in the road. Semi-related story: On my trip over there, one of the country lanes we traveled had signs that I thought said to watch for peasants in the road. I thought maybe they were leftovers from a Ren Faire or LARP, maybe even movie shoot. Then as we rounded one bend, I saw what looked like bowling balls all across the road. As we neared I realized the signs had been warning of pheasants in the road.

48/50 - One was a careless mistake of misreading the answer for where to position when turning left, the other was I couldn't remember whether the sign was Roundabout or Mini Roundabout I'd query at least one of the answers: The *first* thing you should do when you encounter an accident is to ensure your personal safety and make sure you don't become another casualty!

Or as it was so eloquently put to me during my First on Scene training, "Don't become part of somebody elses mess!"

44/50. I guess I have my British Driver's License Licence now. Not bad for not knowing what half of the words & signs actually meant. (WTH is a "slip" road?)

You would call it an on or off ramp.

You would call it an on or off ramp. Here I thought it was a road where women were dressed in sheer slips as you drove by causing numerous accidents.
