2007 Ford Five Hundred AWD

These are all the cars I know my Dad had until he died in 2008. The 1976 Pontiac Catalina was the first new car he ever owned up until that point. All the other cars were used. The Ford was the worst car and he switched to an all wheel drive car to get around Pittsburgh in the winter. The 1991 Cadillac although front wheel drive got him stuck a few times. The 1991 Cadillac he bought used it was the car the CEO of US Steel had. It was gorgeous in black with gray leather interior. When my dad bought it there were only 1600 miles on it. It was his favorite car. Myself, I like the 1967 Pontiac Catalina because that is the car I learned how to drive at 15/16 years old. I am in the market to buy a good rust free 1967 Pontiac Catalina.

This was the car I learned to drive a stick in. The short gear=shift throw & the very sensitive clutch pedal almost ruined me to drive any other standard transmission car.

This was my dad's favorite car and on multiple occasions he mentioned that selling it was probably the biggest regret in his life.

Not sure this is the “best” car he owned. It was rather kind of a piece of shit and expensive to maintain to be honest. But it was the fanciest and prettiest car he ever owned. Couldn’t find a photo so this link will have to do. It was blue also. And also when I searched all the Sovereign references said XJ-12 but my recollection of the car was that it was an XJ-6.

Sadly, his 71 Nova that I gave to my cousin to keep it in the family and not lose in the divorce has been turned into a 10 second drag car.

I'll add my favorite. Pontiac Fiero 1985 2M4. 4 cylinder and 5 speed stick. I did tend to get really light after 90 mph but handled like a dream and got 45 mpg on the highway.
