Are you using a blocker that screens out Facebook content? I don't see the image in Firefox with Facebook Container (I also don't see some of the Political Cartoons that link from Facebook), but if I go into Chrome which doesn't have teh blocker, then I can see them. That's it. FB blocker.

Dan has posted this over on FB. Can anybody explain the joke to me? I've "racked" my brains but I just can't think of a link between Jesus and a steering wheel.

There's a common phrase "Jesus, take the wheel".

There's a common phrase "Jesus, take the wheel". Ah, not on this side of the pond there isn't. Thanks Jim.

There's a common phrase "Jesus, take the wheel". Ah, not on this side of the pond there isn't. It's from a song, apparently, I've just listened to the first minute or so, not exactly top ten stuff over here. American Christian Country ballad I suppose you would call it. It never charted outside of North America.

The saying was around a few years before the song, the song just took it mainstream. The idea is that the person feels things are out of their control and is asking for divine assistance.
